Fuel efficient combustion systems are
specifically selected for the heating transfer requirement. Whether you
use direct flame, inferred or hot air, this selection process optimizes
your cooking or drying process.

Heavy duty drum and support frame construction
insure years of demanding use in the most difficult of processing plants.

Full temperature control is maintained
throughout the system with a continuous heat monitoring system. Automatic
ignition and flame safety system are included with each unit.

The gas train components and control
panel are mounted on a remote combustion skid, allowing the customer greater
layout flexibility.

An optional stainless steel hood is
available for the Roto-Cook rotary system. Hood is provided with power
lifting actuators.
