FOODesign's flour tortilla die cut processing line is used for high production of wheat flour tortillas.  The tortillas are cut after the dough is extruded and spread in to a wide sheet to the desired texture and thickness.  After the tortilla shape is cut they are often baked and packaged, or used for further processing.  These high production lines can be provided to process thousands of tortillas per hour with a consistency that cannot be duplicated by a hand stretched or pressed tortilla line.
