FOODesign's Scarf-Plate Feeder adds another dimension to the Quik-Coat line of coating and seasoning equipment.  The scarf plate feeder, in combination with the Quik-Coat auger dispenser, can be used to dispense a wide variety of coatings, seasonings, and small particles onto your food products.  The scarf plate feeder moves the coating/seasoning using vibration, allowing for efficient dispensing of sticky, tacky or otherwise hard to handle coatings as well as free-flowing coatings.

  • Powerful electromagnetic drive with special speed control
  • The large bias cut discharge allows the coating/seasoning to be spread over a large area; providing accurate, even, and consistent control.
