The Roto-Cook system is a continuous roasting/drying unit with direct flame, infrared, or hot air heating source.  The system consists of an infeed, rotary drum and a heat source.  The Roto-Cook rotary roasting/drying unit allows processing flexibility and greater yields.  Variable dwell and special heat control technology provides this flexibility in product control.

  • Full temperature control is maintained throughout the system with a continuous heat monitoring system. Automatic ignition and flame safety system are included with each unit.
  • The gas train components and control panel are mounted on a remote combustion skid, allowing the customer greater layout flexibility.
  • An optional stainless steel hood is available for the Roto-Cook rotary system. Hood is provided with power lifting actuators.
