Continuous Ovens, Baking

Product Information

Air Jet  impingement oven technology cooks, bakes, and dries many products faster than conventional ovens, and at lower temperatures.  The Air Jet air impingement technology uses thousands of jets of hot air located both above and below the product.  These jets of hot air penetrate the boundary layer of air that surrounds the product.  This simple yet effective way of breaking down the boundary layer allows heat to be efficiently and quickly driven into the product.

The Air Jet oven is designed in a modular fashion; each module is an eight foot long zone, or chamber.  This makes the Air Jet system expandable as increased production is needed.  Each module consists of its own individual burner, air circulation fan and controls.  Individual module temperature controls and optional variable jet velocities allow users to customize the oven for their product.

Features

  • Stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior
  • High efficiency, low NOx burner
  • Washdown grade drive components
  • Remote mount control panel
  • NEMA 4X electrical connections and junction boxes
  • UL 508A listed control and flame safety panel

Benefits

  • Faster cooking, baking and drying times compared to conventional ovens
  • Dense insulation keeps the heat in the oven, not the production room
  • Less floor space is required than conventional ovens of the same capacity due to shorter processing time
  • Modular construction reduces installation and startup cost
  • Fuel-efficient components, lower processing temperatures and recirculating of air provide higher fuel efficiencies
  • Heavy duty materials and quality craftsmanship allows system to operate for many years, even in the most demanding environments
  • Operator friendly, the units variable settings for dwell time and temperature are easily adjusted

Applications

Applications:
  • Bakery products including pies, pita bread, pizzas, bread sticks, croissants, muffins, Danish, baguettes, cheesecakes, pastries, rolls, quiche, hot pockets and more.
  • Snack products such as baked potato chips, baked tortilla chips, and puffed snacks.
  • Vegetables, spices, and other high moisture products may be processed with ovens that include exhausters for high moisture removal.
