For those food companies looking for a multi-purpose oven for cooking meats, poultry or other prepared foods FOODesign has the answer.  The Dura-Cook continuous cooking oven is offered with up to three different cooking mediums: hot air, steam and direct flame.  Units can be ordered with any combination of the three different mediums; however for added versatility most customers prefer a unit with all three.
 
The heavy-duty and robust design is far superior to our competitor's unit; which can translate into longer life and less maintenance over the life of the machine.  A belt washer at the discharge continuously cleans the belt to help prevent build-up and keep the product looking top notch.  Options include, but are not limited to:  Clean-In-Place systems, PLC's, touchscreen operator interface, hood lift system, char-markers and more!
