Immerso-Cook continuous cooking systems offer the latest technology in direct-fired hot oil frying and cooking.  The system consists of three main areas; the pan, the heating source, and the continuous conveyor. FOODesign's small single burner tube coupled to a high efficiency burner system has a lower operating cost when compared to systems which utilize a multiple tube design and low efficiency burners.  The small burner tube design minimizes required oil volume, thus providing high oil turnover without degradation.

Each system is carefully selected and engineered to correspond with customer requirements.  Selection includes providing the most fuel efficient burner system, appropriate conveyor configuration, duplication of existing temperature profile, and correct system sizing to meet required production rates.
