The design of our batter mixing machine is a major improvement over our competitors.  Using an AC control system mixing speed and time can be adjusted quickly and accurately.  The size of the mixer is also nearly double the size of comparable units.  Direct drive configuration requires less maintenance and provides more positive mixing.  Integral cover and grate is provided with an interlocking safety switch.  When the mixer cover is raised the mixing action is stopped using the interlocking safety switch to ensure safe operation.
