Introduction
The Batch-Pro cooking system is designed to produce batch-style (or Kettle-style) chips of many varieties.  The system consists of three main areas;  the pan, the heating source, and the discharge conveyor.  System options include, but are not limited to:  insulated side covers, steam exhaust hood, demister (removes oil fines from steam), and auto-rake/stir-assist.  FOODesign's Batch-Pro cooking system is designed to be effortlessly operated, easily maintained, and built to last.
 
Batch-Pro systems have the ability to be direct fired using the latest in high efficiency burner technology as well as using an indirect thermal fluid heat exchanger.  Precise temperature profile and heat recovery maintains a consistent bite and product color with every batch.  Quick heat recovery between batches can result in higher production capacity, low FFA, and increased oil life.

  • Capacities range from 200 to 500 pounds per hour.
