        Enersyst is a research and development company serving the food
industry at large By developing technology for food equipment platforms
in processing plants, restaurants, kiosks, automated vended restaurants
and homes around the globe, Enersyst provides successful solutions for
the world of food. Enersyst revolutionized bake times for pizza, cutting the
average time from about 27 minutes to 6, changing how the pizza industry
operates forever. Their patented air impingement technology quickly
became the baking solution of choice in leading pizza chains around the
world. As impingement delivered consistent quality cooking, applications
for the technology continued to grow -- for seafood, poultry, bagels, and
baked foods, as well as vended meals and fast food items.

        As an active partner and the licenser of the impingement/microwave
technology, Enersyst presently works with FOODesign Machinery & Systems,
Inc. to offer quantitative analysis and evaluation of the many types of food
products that can be processed with air impingement technology. In addition,
Enersyst has assisted FOODesign by simulating and demonstrating the
effects on food created by conditions of process, equipment, and environment.
