At FOODesign we understand excellent customer support for all aspects of the project is part of the formula for our customer's success.  As more customers operate their equipment for longer periods of time or change products to meet market demands, operating FOODesign equipment at top performance becomes critical to our customer's success.  FOODesign continually receives top marks by customers when it comes to support and service and here are a few of the ways this excellent service is accomplished:

• Sales - Experienced sales personnel provide application assistance, detailed proposals, sales drawings and other information as needed to assist customer in preliminary review and layouts.
• Project Support - Our knowledgeable engineering personnel provide approval drawings, installation drawings, utility requirements and other detailed information during the course of the project.
• Technicians - Trained technicians and engineering personnel are available for start up, commissioning, installation assistance, etc.
• Product Support - All information requests and parts orders after equipment is installed are routed through the engineering department.  These customer requests are reviewed and compared against project documents, insuring our customer is supplied with the correct information and parts.  This also guarantees that any updates to the equipment can be identified and presented to customers; insuring customer's equipment is running at the highest level possible.
• Parts - Replacement parts are manufactured to exacting specifications.  Parts are inspected and dimensions checked prior to shipment in order to insure easy replacement and part longevity.
