FOODesign recently extended a license agreement with ENERSYST DEVELOPMENT
CENTER to include ENERSYST technology in our AIR JET - Air Impingement Ovens.

Under the new license agreement FOODesign will now offer Air Impingement technology in
its USDA ovens. Previously the company was only licensed to provide this technology in ovens
for the snack and baking industry. The new agreement allows the company to provide ovens
for use in meat and poultry processing plants worldwide.

We are excited about the new agreement and believe the capability to use the Air Impingement
 Technology in our existing and new oven designs will give many food processors an alternative
 source to others who offer similar technology.
